Objects to live with

A painting on porcelain can give a wall its focus. A vase changes when a branch is placed inside it. A cup belongs close at hand. ChiMolly Art brings these different forms together through an interest in Chinese porcelain and the places it can occupy in a home.

Our attention moves between the outline of an object and its smaller details: the turn of a rim, the space around a painted flower, the way a glaze catches the light. Blue and white is part of this view, alongside other colors, surfaces and approaches to decoration.
